Quick Start Program
Private 1 on 1 Sessions
You will receive two 1 on 1 private sessions:
- Initial Assessment
- 60 minutes
- We’ll review a detailed review of your weight loss history, current nutrition and activity levels, medical history, and discuss personalized diet and activity recommendations as well as assess weight loss medication options that might be right for you.
- Follow Up Visit
- 30 – 45 minutes
- We’ll discuss your progress, level up your diet and activity changes, and adjust medications as needed.
Small Group Sessions
You will have Twelve Group Sessions:
- Group sessions are every other week, 50 minutes, virtual sessions
- Small groups of 3-5 people are facilitated by Dr. Chee
- Deep dive into different aspects of healthy lifestyle, nutrition, mindset, and wellness.
- Get the support of goal setting, progress review, and accountability partners
